The Mary and Keith Scholarship Award is now open. This scholarship is aimed towards regional players attending post secondary school in September in either their first or second year.

The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage academic excellence and the pursuit of higher education among members of the Western Region Ringette Association (Next season all of LORL will be included). To provide annually a scholarship of $1000.00 each (one thousand dollars) towards post-secondary education for B/C ringette players who have demonstrated a passion of volunteering commitment and participation in the sport of Ringette. This year, two scholarships will be awarded. The first is for a player entering their first year of post secondary and one for players entering their second year of post secondary education.

Players from the following associations are eligible this year:

Chatham, Dorchester, Elora-Fergus, Forest, Goderich, Guelph, Kitchener, London, Mitchell, St. Mary's, St. Thomas, Tillsonburg, Waterloo, Wellington North. 

Next year all associations within LORL will be eligible.
