FRA will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June 16th at 7:00pm at the Forest Legion.  

We are welcoming members to join our Board of Directors as we have some positions available.

     Registrar

     Volunteer 

     Vice President

     Secretary

     Coaching Director

     General Director 2

     Fundraising

     General Director 3

     General Director 4

Attendees will have a chance to win a free registration for the 2026-2027 season.

FRA would like to give notice to the membership that at the upcoming Annual General Meeting 2 policies will be presented for review, discussion, and approval by vote of the membership. In addition, the Board of Directors will present a proposal to establish two currently temporary Board positions as permanent positions within the organization’s governance structure. Proposed position descriptions and responsibilities associated with these roles will also be presented for consideration and approval by the membership. Members are encouraged to attend the meeting, participate in the discussion, and exercise their voting rights on these matters.  Please see the documents below.
